Mary’s love for health and fitness started 14 years ago when she moved to
Mary completed her Masters in Physiotherapy in Aberdeen, Scotland at Robert Gordon University at one of the best Physiotherapy Programmes in the U.K. Furthermore, Mary has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She is also a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and ACE, REPS and BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer. Mary is also a CWA Climbing Instructor.
Mary has extensive experience working with various athletes in the health and fitness industry. Furthermore, she has experience with various sports injuries, back/neck problems, joint/muscle problems and neurological problems. Over the past decade, she has performed countless biomechanical assessments that have helped her develop individualised functional programmes to enhance the athletic performance of my clients while simultaneously reducing their risk of injury.
Mary currently offers individualised personal training, physiotherapy, exercise planning and nutrition planning to anyone around the world.

With respect to Mary’s background and knowledge in Physiotherapy, Kinesiology, fitness, and health, her specialty is in correcting muscle imbalances and structural abnormalities through the use of appropriate functional exercises. Together with Mary you will stabilize and mobilize key muscle groups to help you attain optimal flexibility, strength and balance. We’ll use safe exercise techniques with an emphasis in performance enhancement and injury prevention.
