She is currently finishing her Masters in Physiotherapy in Aberdeen, Scotland at Robert Gordon University. She is excited about becoming a Licensed Physiotherapist so she can help her clients further.
Mary can offer personal training sessions, exercise planning, nutrition planning to anyone around the world.

With respect to Mary’s background and knowledge in Kinesiology, fitness, and health, her specialty is in correcting muscle imbalances and structural abnormalities through the use of appropriate functional exercises. Together with Mary you will stabilize and mobilize key muscle groups to help you attain optimal flexibility, strength and balance. We’ll use safe exercise techniques with an emphasis in performance enhancement and injury prevention.
